STOCK IMAGE LICENSE| Terms and Conditions

By purchasing or downloading any royalty-free images (icons, vectors, or photograph files) (hereinafter “Images”) made by Sheryl Lossing (aka Sheri Lossing, aka Mon Sheri Design) (monSheriDesign.com), you agree to the following:

License type: This is a site license. You may use the Images in any number of projects within one company, organization or individual at one location. You may also use said Images in printed material for that one company, organization or individual.

Ownership: All of the Images remain the property of Sheryl Lossing (aka Sheri Lossing, aka mon Sheri Design) (monSheriDesign.com). You may not license, sublicense, resell, rent or redistribute Images which are not in use by distributed product, application or website. This also applies to derived or modified images from the Images. You may not place the Images in templates available through the Internet but you may use them for local web and presentation templates (used within your location only) You should protect the Images from being used by third parties that could potentially break the terms of this agreement.

Fees: You only pay once when you purchase the Images. You do not have to purchase additional license(s) to use the Images in any number of your projects if you follow the terms of this agreement.

As is: All Image files are provided “As is.” By purchasing any of the Images you agree to hold Sheryl Lossing (aka Sheri Lossing, aka mon Sheri Design) monSheriDesign.com harmless for any damage that may occur during use of or for inability to use them.

Abiding the law: If your country or state law restricts any point of this agreement then this point is to be neglected. But no limitation of this agreement can be cancelled and no additional rights except for listed in this agreement can be given to your with your country/state law application. Otherwise you should forbear to purchase the Images.
